Adicione o açúcar e misture até que esteja totalmente dissolvido. Adicione então o leite e misture para homogeneizar. Deixe esfriar por algum tempo. Coloque os pedaços de frutas em uma fôrma e despeje a gelatina de algas sobre elas. Como variação, pode-se utilizar o leite de soja ou o de coco. Pode-se também descartar as frutas e cobrir a gelatina com calda de chocolate.
